The Vertimax Performance Training Program at Bridge is your athlete’s edge — combining cutting-edge resistance training technology with expert coaching to unlock explosive athletic performance.
Whether your player wants to rise above defenders, sprint past competition, or finish stronger at the hoop, this program delivers measurable results that transfer directly to the court.
Vertimax is ideal for:
Players who want explosive off the ground
Players who want faster first steps and acceleration
Players who want real athletic gains that show up in games
Players ready to increase their vertical jump
This isn’t about basic drills this is about developing power and explosiveness that changes performance.
A lot of “speed training” is just running hard and getting tired.
VertiMax is different because it trains how your body produces power the same power you need to jump, explode, stop, and change direction in real games.
Resistance is applied while you move (not after)
Athletes learn to create force faster and stay under control
Training is coached, corrected, and built to transfer to the court
It improves the kind of explosiveness that shows up late in games
This is performance training with purpose not random conditioning.
VertiMax training builds the physical tools that make basketball easier.
Players develop:
A stronger base and better balance through contact
More pop on rebounds, finishes, and contests
Faster reactions out of triple threat and defensive stance
Better control when stopping, landing, and changing direction
The ability to stay explosive for the full game
This is where athleticism becomes an advantage.
Each VertiMax session is structured and coached for real development.
Training includes:
Explosive movement training with resistance
Jump and landing mechanics
Acceleration and deceleration work
Lateral movement and defensive positioning
Power sequencing for basketball-specific movement
Every session is coached.
Every movement is corrected.
Every rep has purpose.
