HOW VERTIMAX TRAINING WORKS

Each VertiMax session is structured and coached for real development.

Training includes:

✔ Explosive movement training with resistance
✔ Jump and landing mechanics
✔ Acceleration and deceleration work
✔ Lateral movement and defensive positioning
✔ Power sequencing for basketball-specific movement

Every session is coached.
Every movement is corrected.
Every rep has purpose.

Training Times: 5:00 PM • 6:00 PM • 7:00 PM
Location: Duncanville Fieldhouse
Format: Performance-focused athletic development classes
Designed For: Middle school & high school athletes

Monthly Cost: $285/month (uniform cost not included)

Simple. Fill out and complete the registration form. All new Bridge trainees are required to purchase a Bridge uniform at checkout. 

This class is two days a week. 

Our class days & times are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 5 to 9pm. You choose your days and times.

Trainees will be broken down into groups of 3-4 trainees based off age/skills.  

No. All Bridge Basketball Academy classes must be scheduled in advance. This includes FREE player evaluation. 

Yes. Parents/guardians may accompany each child during their player development class.

Our current hours of operation are Monday-Thursday from 10am-9pm and Sundays from 4-9pm.
