Most players don’t struggle because they can’t shoot. They struggle because their shot isn’t consistent from rep to rep or from workout to game. It might look good in a controlled setting, but once the speed picks up, the timing changes, or fatigue sets in, things start to break down.
Over time, players hear different advice and try to adjust pieces of their shot without fully understanding how everything connects. One small change affects another, and before long, the shot feels different every time. That’s where the inconsistency shows up.
At this point, it’s not about getting more reps. It’s about understanding what’s actually happening. How the shot is built, where it’s breaking down, and why it’s not holding up in real game situations.
By the end of the evaluation, you’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how your shot is built from the ground up and what’s actually happening from rep to rep. You’ll get direct, honest feedback from our coaches along with a plan you can follow to improve, not just in workouts but in real game situations. You’ll also know exactly what your next step should be if you want to continue developing inside the Shooting Academy.
