PLAY. COMPETE. REPEAT.

WHAT THE DAY LOOKS LIKE

This clinic is built for players who enjoy being in the gym, competing, and staying active throughout the day. If your child likes to play and be around other players, they’ll fit right in. The structure is simple and fast-moving, with players rotating through short stations and quickly getting into live play.

They’ll stay involved the entire time, competing in small-sided games like 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3, with multiple opportunities to play compettive games. It’s not meant to be overly slow or overly structured; the energy stays high, the pace stays moving, and players are expected to jump in and be part of it from start to finish.

HOW THE Clinic IS STRUCTURED

The Good Friday clinic is designed to keep players moving and engaged throughout the session, with a mix of short station work and live play. Instead of long teaching blocks, players rotate through different segments of the day, giving them multiple opportunities to compete, adjust, and stay involved. The structure keeps things organized while maintaining a steady pace so players are active from start to finish.

SHORT STATION WORK

Players will rotate through short stations that focus on specific actions like ball control, finishing, or shot prep. These stations are quick and purposeful, giving players just enough reps to work on something before moving back into live play. The goal isn’t to stay in one spot too long, it’s to keep things moving.

SMALL-SIDED GAMES

Players will spend a good portion of the clinic competing in 1-on-1, 2-on-2, and 3-on-3 games. These formats keep everyone involved, force quick decisions, and create more touches than full-court play. Instead of standing and watching, players are constantly engaged, reading the game, and learning through live situations.

GAME-BASED DECISION MAKING

The clinic is built around situations where players have to make decisions, not just complete drills. In small-sided games, they’re reading defenders, spacing the floor, and deciding when to attack, pass, or reset. This helps players understand the game better instead of just going through movements.

WHY THIS Clinic MATTERS

Most players spend their time in structured workouts or team practices where everything is controlled. What they don’t get enough of is the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real situations, making decisions, competing against different players, and adjusting on the fly.

This clinic is built to bridge that gap.

We’re watching how they respond, how they think, how they handle different matchups, and how they carry themselves when things aren’t scripted. Because that’s what actually shows up in games.
