Our Starters program is designed for young athletes just beginning their basketball journey. Players learn fundamentals, teamwork, coordination, and confidence in a fun, structured environment.
Training Day: Tuesday

Foundation is our main development program for youth and middle school players. Athletes train weekly with a curriculum built around fundamentals, game understanding, and competitive reps.

The Shooting Academy focuses on shooting mechanics, shot consistency, and confidence. Players develop a personalized shooting plan and train in a high-rep environment.

VertiMax training develops speed, vertical jump, strength, and overall athleticism. This program is designed to improve on-court performance and injury prevention.

Bridge Open Runs are for one thing: Just Hoop
No refs. No whistles. No crowd. Just organized runs with Bridge trainees who want to compete the right way. This is the same environment we grew up in where you learn to play, talk, adjust, and get buckets without all the extra noise.
