Our Vertimax curriculum consists of two parts. First, defense such as staying in front of offensive player, forcing offensive player to change direction, deny and help defense, getting around and fighting through screens and switching on defense. Second, offense such as attacking the defender, transition from defense to fast break, attacking the basket on the dribble drive & kick, beating your defender with a quick first step and quick feet to avoid the double team.

During you’re training class trainees will partner up with 2 to 4 other trainees with the same skill set. They will go through a series of on the board Vertimax drills & off the board drills that will increase they’requick first step, explosives off the floor&quick close out on defense. The ability to accelerate, decelerate, move feet quickly, and change directions under control is vital in becoming a successful basketball player. Our goal is to put you on a monthly Vertimax plan that will increase your speed, power and vertical jump.
Tracking result- every 4-weeks we measure your results to show you your progress relative to your goals. Also Accountability, and perhaps most importantly, we help you stay accountable and consistent. In order to bring about real change, we’ve found that our trainees benefit most when had accountable by tracking their player development weekly.
